oke1 Responsible Gaming

At oke1, we believe gaming should always be fun, safe, and in control. This page provides tools, resources, and guidance for Filipino players to enjoy our casino responsibly. Your well-being is our priority — always.

21+ Only — Strictly Enforced

Under PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act governing gaming in the Philippines, all oke1 players must be at least 21 years of age. This is not a suggestion — it is the law. We verify age through government-issued ID during the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed. Providing false age information is a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and Philippine law, and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. If you are under 21, do not register on oke1.

Your Responsible Gaming Toolkit

Tools to Stay in Control

oke1 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings. These features empower you to set boundaries, monitor your play, and take breaks when needed. All tools are confidential and take effect immediately.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your oke1 account settings. Once a limit is reached, no additional deposits will be accepted until the period resets. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you're willing to lose in a day, week, or month. This limit is calculated as total bets minus total wins. When your loss limit is reached, you'll be unable to place further wagers until the period resets.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration — from 30 minutes to 6 hours. oke1 will send you a reminder when you approach your limit and automatically log you out when it's reached. This helps prevent losing track of time during extended play sessions.

Cooling-Off Periods

Take a temporary break from oke1 for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your account will be restricted from login, deposits, and play. At the end of the cooling-off period, access is automatically restored unless you choose to extend the break.

Self-Exclusion

Voluntarily exclude yourself from oke1 for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period. This is the strongest control measure and is recommended if gambling is negatively affecting your life.

Marketing Opt-Out

Unsubscribe from all promotional emails, SMS notifications, and bonus offers. You'll still receive essential account communications (security alerts, KYC requests, withdrawal confirmations), but no marketing messages encouraging further play.
