1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oke1 platform available at oke1.cam ("Platform", "Site", "oke1"), you ("User", "Player", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the oke1 platform. Continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on oke1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations applicable to the Philippines.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino games is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently suspended from oke1 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of oke1 Group or any of its technology, software, or game-provider partners.

oke1 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of registration or account use. Acceptable Philippine government-issued ID documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, SSS card with photo, or driver's license. Accounts will be restricted pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Only one account per natural person is permitted. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke1 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify oke1 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that your registered contact details — including email address and Philippine mobile number — remain current and accurate at all times.

oke1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. However, if unauthorized access occurs through no fault of yours, oke1 will cooperate fully in investigating the incident and restoring your account to its correct balance state where technically verifiable.

oke1 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its sole discretion where fraudulent activity, regulatory concern, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Any funds held in a suspended account will be subject to investigation and may be withheld pending resolution.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on oke1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer.
• Deposits processed via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• oke1 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same name as your oke1 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 business hours following completion of KYC verification.
• oke1 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 within a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once ("play-through") may be subject to an administrative review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

oke1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any portion of the bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports bets, and specific slot titles may contribute at reduced rates as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address, and payment method. Claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances.
• oke1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice, except where modification would materially disadvantage a player who has already accepted and begun fulfilling the offer's terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including coordinated play between multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Players may opt out of receiving promotional offers by adjusting their communication preferences in account settings. Opting out does not affect the validity of bonuses already credited and in progress.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the oke1 platform are operated under the rules published within each individual game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules. In cases of conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game outcome.

oke1 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer solutions from licensed game providers including Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by these systems independently of oke1. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot game are displayed within the game information panel.

oke1 is not liable for interrupted game sessions caused by network connectivity issues on the player's end. Where a game session is interrupted due to a platform-side failure and a wager was placed, the outcome will be determined based on the game state at the point of interruption in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical recovery procedures.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any other mechanical or electronic assistance to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or table game environments.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith where the underlying transaction was legitimate.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software bugs, or platform errors to accumulate credits, free spins, or other account advantages beyond those you would legitimately be entitled to.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, structuring of transactions, or financing of illegal activities through the oke1 platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language toward oke1 support staff or other players in chat interfaces.
• Providing false personal information, including false age declarations, during registration or KYC verification.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the oke1 platform — including but not limited to the oke1 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, marketing copy, software, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of oke1 Group or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license to use any oke1 intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, transmit, modify, display, reverse-engineer, or distribute any content from the oke1 platform without prior written consent from oke1 Group. Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in civil and/or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9 Privacy & Data Protection

oke1 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering on oke1, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

oke1 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data sharing is conducted under appropriate data processing agreements.

10 Responsible Gaming

oke1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The oke1 platform is intended solely as an entertainment service for adults aged 21 and above. It is not intended as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered oke1 players and can be accessed from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on total deposits.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout reminders and hard session cutoffs.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke1 Group, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings attributable to platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
• Technical failures in game delivery attributable to your internet service provider or device.
• Actions taken in good faith by oke1 to comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including account restrictions and transaction holds.

Where Philippine consumer protection law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain implied warranties or liabilities, the scope of oke1's limitation of liability shall be construed as narrowly as legally permissible in the relevant jurisdiction.

In no event shall oke1's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by that player to oke1 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of oke1 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact oke1 support via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. oke1 will respond to formal dispute notices within 10 business days. The Company is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to class or collective action proceedings.

13 Amendments to These Terms

oke1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, oke1 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographic corrections, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon posting to the Platform. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using oke1 and may request account closure in accordance with our standard account termination process.
